let's put you in the box and we'll critique your dealing. I'll be sure to have a couple red pens, in case one runs out. It's NOT as easy as you think.

Then your bitterness can still go play elsewhere next time. I think the orleans, with all its bitter, angle shooting regulars, would be right up your alley.

You had a bad experience, caused by your own bad behavior, and now everyone at the aladdin sucks. Whatever tommy boy, the orleans has a nice long list full of old crones that is waiting for your name to be on it.

And before you try to attack the dealing of myself or Photoc, I was off the day of your debacle, and Photoc didn't work there at the time.

As much fun as it is to fight about pointless stuff... ... would you mind commenting on the original question in this thread, the 5-10 NL game? This thread is the only place that I've seen any mention of any 5-10 NL game in Vegas. Someone else mentioned the Mirage spreads it... how often do these games run? I'm considering a trip to Vegas and wouldn't mind playing in those games if they are sufficiently fishy. Do these games attract better players, or are they similar to many of the 2-5 games?

What limits are the Aladdin currently spreading in the limit HE games? Any higher limits like 15/30 or 20/40 being played there? Thanks...

Well we've been having some 10/20 O8 lately, but that is about it past 4/8 or the NL's. Seems that the steady higher end action will probably stay with Mirage/Bellagio and Wynn when it opens with Danny N. working for them exclusively.

Mirage had an interest list for a 5/10NL when I was there. 2/5 was pretty deep and had tons of fish, so I felt no need to try to get it started.

As for Al, I've played in about 10 cardrooms/casinos in different places (only 2 in Vegas). The four dealers I sat through at the Aladdin were among the 10 worst dealers I've ever played with. Maybe I was unlucky, but even the worst dealer I played with at the Mirage was better than the best dealer I saw at the Aladdin. I never claimed to be a good dealer, but when I play somewhere and pay rake and tips, I want them to be professionals, not clowns. If I go to a doctor and get horribly disfigured, according to your (non)logic, since I have never been a doctor, I have no right to complain.

Photoc, why do you answer his question about limit games while ignoring my almost identical question about NL games.

I've never dealt the 5/10 no limit game and thus have no comment on it. By the time I come in, that came usually is just about to break up or already has. It usually starts as a 2/5 game and morphs into a 5/10 with the option to chip up (No max). The last time I saw it going, the average stack was around 1k-1.2k.

So it's not a regular game? It just sort of "happens" sometimes?

Our motto is: "If you build it, they will come". It seems no matter what we build, players will play. For some reason, the people that come in refuse to wait more than 15 minutes on a list for anything. I always tell people that it's better than a 2 hour wait at the Bellagio. But they all want instant gratification or they say "i'll check back later". They come back later and magically expect that there are going to be 10 seats waiting for them.

We had 4 solid games on grave today and everytime someone came in, the above is what they would say. We finally got interest lists for 2/5NL, 4/8 and 5/10 by 10am.
