Yes. CO may have caught part of this flop and tried to steal it against two players. I'd bet/call the turn and call it down UI on the river.

At the point that both the Turn and River were checked to you, you could go ahead and make a value bet, especially the river.
Many times people will be aggressive when a flop like this happens, rainbow coordinated. If they suspect that you raised an A(x) then a King and good kicker will sometimes get aggressive figuring you missed this flop. |

I'd cap the flop. Bet the checked turn and river. (folding to a C/R)

You have to bet this turn. You still have outs vs a T if you were afraid of that.
