strategy change when there are three blinds...

One of the card rooms by my house has 3/6 limit holdem where there is one big blind and two small ones. Does anyone have any experience playing on a similar table? What sort of starting hand changes should I make? My plan is to play both of the small blinds the same and consider early position to be the two seats to the left of the last blind. I will keep the recommendations suggested in SSH. Does anyone else have any suggestions?
