With a healthy stack at this stage, QJs IMHO, is good enough see the flop on a probable heads up situation against a shorter-stacked opponent. I may even make a small lead out bet on any flop and shut down if raised.

Folding PF is a strong consideration for a shorter stack.

If my thought process is out-of-line and sounds fishy, please let me know as I would like to learn to.

I think I'd see a flop here. At this point in the tournament I'm looking to see flops for cheap and flop big hands. QJs certainly qualifies for the "flop big hands" requirement, and T50 more with your stack size I would consider to be relatively cheap.

Yes, you'd rather a multiway pot here and yes, you're out of position after the flop, but the chance you flop a big one and break Villian make this a call IMO.

I would put MP1 on a midle+ pair or dominating high cards unless I knew something more about her. So I'm behind. There is $100 in the pot therefore the pot odds are 2-1 for my additional $50. If I see a flop and hit, she probably will not hit. Implied odds don't help. She has position. Find a better spot for your money. Fold.

I think that your opponent's stack is too small to see a flop here. If he had a stack closer to 1500, then I like it. Of course, you can always reraise, too.

I'd agree with a standard, easy fold.

Can you please elaborate why you think this way?

Yup, easy fold.

For those who are considering calling, a few points.

1. You are very likely to be dominated. AJ, AQ, AK, AA, KK, QQ, JJ are all likely hands for the raiser. There are a few others also, but those are the most likely.

2. you are in bad position. How do you play the flop? Suppose it comes J 8 4. You bet he calls or raises, what do you do then? IF it comes all rags do you bluff? There are alot of ways to lose chips adn alot of situations where you will get trapped.

With the blinds still at 10 and 20, it is not worth playing here. There is a good chance based on the raise from early middle position that you are dominated. What are you hoping to flop here, Q? J? I wouldn't feel good unless I flopped at least two pair here, and I would rather save my chips for another time.

this is pretty much my thought too. If the opponent had a deeper stack, though, we could play this for two pair, straight, trips, flush, bluff value.
