Big pot mang.
I check with the intention to call an early bet or check raise the button. I don't really enjoy betting this flop. |

I bet out, here. No draws to see, might as well find out how much they looooove their hands. If it goes bet, raise, re-raise, cold-call you might want to let it go.

Doesn't check-raising the button, barring the two in the middle are king-less, still offer the field good enough odds to peel one off? I don't know what I would do here either though, still wanting to protect my hand if the field is without a king (not that likely).

[/ QUOTE ] Yeah, I'm not saying you're really giving anyone improper odds to chase their Ace (or queen for that matter), but many players would fold getting the right odds (because they don't know what they have to draw to to beat you). This hand is interesting. Such bad position + you're very likely already behind to button leaves you in bad shape this hand. I'm curious about others' opinions on this hand. |

Re: Fishhooks in my pocket and a cowboy shows his ugly face on the flop.
i'd check/raise the button. anybody who limps there and then 3-bets is a Donk in my book until proven otherwise. i would want to get it heads up with him and then get to a cheap showdown.
