Re: Can I limp 76s UTG?
I wouldn't. T9s is my standard, 98s if the table is really really good.

Re: Can I limp 76s UTG?
it depends
Not to be a wise ass or anything, but if the last 20 hands all got limped around and all 10 played, 54s would be ok. So it depends. How many opponents can you expect? What is the likelihood of a raise? Will there be post flop action at all? Vern |

Then I don't think so, you need implied odds and will have sucky position.

i draw the line at T9s.
if its 5-6 to the flop and rarely raised.. you could probably turn a profit with it. |

Well? Can I? [/ QUOTE ] How do you play a flopped top pair first to act, with no flush draw? |

[ QUOTE ] Well? Can I? [/ QUOTE ] How do you play a flopped top pair first to act, with no flush draw? [/ QUOTE ] Correctly. What kind of player is the raiser and how many others are there in the hand? Did the other people coldcall? |
