Itops bonus problem, can anyone decode the PartySupportSpeak?

In trying to max out the Party skin bonii, I deposited into Intertops today using the code linked on their main page (HAPPY2005), and nothing showed up. I e-mailed them, and got this in response (and I quote):

"With regards to your query I have checked thru the account and I see that you
have used the bonus code while making the deposit to get this bonus you will
have to use this bonus code while opening your play money account as you have
not used that is the reason the bonus was not automatically issued into your
account." He then goes onto say that there's nothing he can do, but offers me the IGMPAY instead.

Huh? WTF is this guy trying to tell me? Play money?? Can anyone who might have gone through this before with Intertops tell me what this means, preferably in English?

He's propbably trying to tell you that you needed to use that code when you initially signed up with them and not when trying to deposit for the first time. Thats why he's talking about opening a play money account (which is what you're doing when you enter a code on the sign up screen)
