As you know "getting crushed this month" doesn't mean much on the 7th. It means even less seeing that you only play a couple of hours a day. Most likely normal swings.

Agreed, but I've been crushed before, and this is more drastic and quicker than it's ever happened in the past.

Edit: Again, the sessions I listed aren't the only ones I've played this month.

I don't think that how long other people play has any effect on whether your session length is hurting your play. If you tend to do better during shorter sessions (a real difference or perceived), then play shorter sessions. No big deal.
