Default Easy call with 6-2 offsuit

33+3 NL tournie on party

Last 16 players and I have 7600 ( very short ) after posting BB of 3000

Short stack goes all in for 7k,folded to me.

Basically I'm getting just over 3-1 with 6-2 offsuit.

If I win I'm upto 16/17k with a chance of making the final,If i lose Im all in next hand no matter what.

But it's 6-2 offsuit

Depends on your read of the short stack. But I think I'd fold, and keep some folding equity for after the blinds go by. You would still have 2xBB, and can wait for a better opportunity IMHO.

I will be down to 6K if I dont get a hand in the SB and with blinds at 1.5/3k I think I'm going to get called no matter what.

not sure if this changes your answer.

Nice pic update BTW

Depends on your read of the short stack.

can you be more specific? i think in this spot you'd prefer to be playing against someone who's relatively tight in this spot - that way you're unlikely to be dominated by a bigger 6 or 2.

and hero will have no folding equity after his blinds. he can make barely over a min-raise, which no sensible BB will fold to.

i think this is a call. you're going to have to win a showdown, most likely one where you're behind. may as well do it when the pot is laying you great odds.

This is a tough one. If you had even twice the chips you have now, I'd say this is a very easy call. As it is, I think you still have to take a chance and call here. I wouldn't be surprised at all to see the shortstack turn over A4o or similar in this situation. As long as both your cards are live, you just gotta get a little lucky and spike a pair.

Basically, as a shortstack like this, you gotta be willing to gamble a little bit... If you fold, looks like you'll probably be blinded out before the next payout anyways...

I would love to be more specific but I really dont have a read on this guy,he has pushed a couple of times before this but never shown a hand.

I think he would push with any A any two paint maybe Kx suited,it is party after all

Call--and enjoy it. How often do you get to call with 62o? Consider it therapy.
