I'd raise preflop. I don't like 3-betting the flop as I can leave my options open as far as raising the turn with the 3rd player trapped, or I could call or fold depending on the turn card and action.

The Dude had a post a couple months ago about raising your post on the CO when there is one open-limp ahead of you. He argued that you can do it with any 2. I usually have stats on the button and blinds before I sit down, and when I know they're reasonable I go ahead and raise pretty much any 2. Here I think your hand is good enough to raise pretty much regardless of the players behind you.
