Default Intertops Cashouts

Is anyone else have problems cashing out to Neteller? I put in a cashout request more than a week ago and still no money. They give me a different reason why this is happening in every reply e-mail they send. In their latest one, they said that I might not get my money until the middle of next week.

17 days seems very excessive for a Neteller cashout.

I put in my cashout request in a week ago and am still waiting. I have called a couple times and the last time she said she would move me up the list to get cashed out but I still have not seen the money.

I cashed out some money exactly a week ago. It took about a day to arrive at the sportsbook, and then I cashed it out to neteller. After two days and no money I mailed them and asked where the money was, and they explained that they had some problems with neteller cashouts but I would have the money soon.
So I mailed them again after a couple of days and asked exactly when I would have it. The day after there was a reply saying that the cashout was completed.

So in all it took 4-5 days to get the money, and it seems weird that you still haven't got it since you must have initiated the cashout before me.

I've had the same problem with intertops. I called them everyday after 3 days, and after a week, the lady went and talked to someone, and it was transfered that instant.

If you wanna call them, they're number's up on www.intertops.com, under the contact section.

Come on people, just be patient. The standard at Intertops is 7-10 business days. It's not a poker room, its a sportbook/casino that you are cashing out of. I cashed out 9 days ago, after 0 e-mails and 0 calls I had my money today. Don't play there if you can't take the wait for the cashout.

I cashed out on Feb. 27th, and just recieved my money today (Mar. 7th). So it took about 8 days for me without an email or call to intertops.

I cashed out on the 26th of February and just got it today. I second the statement that you should just be patient. Everyone here has had the same experiences, so you will most likely get your money.

That's not true.

Quote from Intertops poker cashier:
[ QUOTE ]
All cash outs will be reviewed by our internal review team and must be approved by them before we send out any money. This internal review process takes 24-48 hours (unless you are an Preferred Member with Pay-Pro), and then it will take additional time for us to send you the money.

[/ QUOTE ]

Quote from Intertops sportsbook:
[ QUOTE ]
Request a payout with NETeller and your NETeller account will then be credited within 24-48 hours of processing

[/ QUOTE ]

Add an additional 24 hours to that and you should have the money within 3-7 days. And they don't mention business days anywhere. (as far as I could see)

that is still unacceptable from a sportsbook. when i was into sportsbetting, i don't remember 1 sportsbook that took more than 2 days to process a cashout. btw, try epassporte with intertops. it took less than 24 hrs for me to get my cashout.
