Harrah\'s East Chicago
Anyone have any info on the WSOP Satellites at Harrahs? I see they have them 3 days a week @ $30+10 to get into the Super Satellite, but other info as far as how they do the registration, number of people, quality of play etc...

Re: Harrah\'s East Chicago
Hello,
I played in a couple a few months ago. Registration is in person, and I believe it starts two hours prior. As I recall, lines started forming about forty-five minutes before that. Get there EARLY if you want to play, as they only run ONE ten handed satellite at a time. If you call Harrah's, they'll tell you start times. For 30 +10, you get 1000 in tournament chips. Blinds start at 25/50, and double every 15 minutes. Crapshoot, anyone? So, with regard to your question about quality of play, I would say--- not much... Hope this helps... Matt |

Re: Harrah\'s East Chicago
Thanks for the info! I assume they do the wristband number drawing thing?
Definitely seems like a recipe for a crapshoot. On the bright side, that may lead to some week players in the Super Satellites. |

The last super satellite is in May. Not sure of the exact date.
