which is not at all.
I reached 25,000 points 6 weeks ago, got an e-mail 5 weeks ago that I won a TV... and nothing. I don't really need this TV, but now I have to have it. Still no response at this new vip@empirepoker.com support. Please don't let me get to 50,000 points or I'll have a hissy fit.
