This guy was a maniac who doesn't respect raises, plays any two cards, and calls to the river with middle / bottom pair. Was the raise on the turn OK or should I have milked him? I'm pretty sure he was on a smaller pair, likes 5's. He would have called with top pair in a second. I put it all in also because there was a small notion in my mind that he would suck out on me on the river. Advice please, thank you!

Nice bet, you definitely can't check behind and give him a free card because he may be on a dance or a ham draw.
