Golden Palace Question

I'm considering signing up there through PSO and had a question. I currently play at Doyle's Room and heard that you can't have an account at both. I was going to circumvent it like when playing on Party and its skins but was worried about the confirmation in order to cash out the first time. I can't circumvent that info, and was wondering if they would block me from playing then. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
