Get more aggressive on the river. Do more value betting.

As my mistakes ironically contradict each other, one involving overly tight play from the blinds and the other involving overly loose play, I have a couple questions.

First, what hands should I be completing with out of the SB? I have been completing with any connectors 76 or higher and any suited cards as long as I am getting 7:1 or better and little broadway like JT, QT if my odds are a little worse than 7:1
Secondly, What mix of hands should I be defending my blinds with, and how can I think about pot odds to make those decisions. When there is a raise, even if I am getting like 4-6:1, is it correct to fold hands like AT, KT?

My SB play is the same as what you outlined just now. I will usually defend any hand that I would usually play from EP, but I don't know how correct that is.

I agree with every one else. Just couple leaks to fix up. Stronger vs blind steal and fold BB more more agrrisive on the River.

If you want you bb/100 to higher your going to have be little loose and play the player a little more. Mabye see the Showdown a little more.
