Bet the river. A flush most likely would have popped you on the turn, and your hand improved to beat a K if that's what he had.

I think it is not solid play at all.

I think you have to bet the river here, I bet you would have heard from AT or KT again before here. In fact if your opponent had a Ten that you outkick, I think you might have heard from them on the river. Bet, and expect to win if called.
