Dude, there's only one A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] in the deck and like a million ways he could have a set or higher pair, which he might well also play this way. Why go out of your way to put your opponent on one very specific hand that you are beating?

But how do they do that? Hand history tells?

Or do you not agree that Villain might have played a set the same way? Does Villain take this line with a set 0% of the time?

i'd strongly consider reraising preflop and then fold to his all in raise

Not to mention the fact that this is about as crappily as you could possibly play KK against anyone, much less someone who could make you fold the best hand here (depending on what mode he's in...).

Preflop is OK, I guess. I'm not as crazy about a flat-call in MP as I would be in LP, because you're going to get run into hands behind you if others coldcall and MP bets the flop. I think the call of BBuddy is fine, although your hand is fairly well disguised and a call-reraise would look suspicious, making it more likely to be called, IMO. If he's in action mode, I'd definitely reraise.

Postflop is really good. I wouldn't love calling the raise, but I definitely think he's semi-bluffing often enough to make it correct (not to mention the fact that you're pot-stuck).

Hope it worked out.

bbuddy is a good player, you cold called his raise to 400 (20 big blinds) preflop now you bet the turn and he goes all in. so many sets he could have or aces every made hand he has beats you.

first of all you should have raised preflop to 150. But once you slowplayed and villain raised to 350 the rest of my money goes in. As they say get your money in when your ahead and the only hand that beats kk is aa. Too many ways to lose postflop. Would villain have called for 1650 more without a high pair? I don't think so and you would have taken down 570.
