I've emailed their support requesting information for a series of "Card Player" articles on note-taking.

[/ QUOTE ]

Go through their message board, either make a post or PM one of them. That's the thing to do on 2+2 too.

[ QUOTE ]
I've read so many favorable comments about this program that I've tried twice to get information.

tell readers not to buy the software because it is not supported.

[/ QUOTE ]

That's f-ing ridiculous, it sounds like you're not even a customer/user. If you're writing an article about it, at least use it

I'm for it. People who think they've found a cool new secret but are actually bad or not able to implement will outweigh any add'l competence some get from it.

It's the same reason casino's sell "How to beat Blackjack" books 30 feet away from their tables.

Their support is outstanding...They post every day on their boards answering their customers questions and address issues immediately.

Nice try though.

Id say theyre doing something right if theyve got this kind of support from their users. I mean, getting people to give a 'nice try though' to a very published poker writer has to be worth something.
I agree as well that their support is very good, theres rarely more than 2 posts in the forum before one of them gets to it and answers the question.

I don't agree. Everyone who buys PT gets the support and knowledge required to implement it. Your win rate will assuredly go down because your opponents, on average, will improve.

I don't agree. If you learn to beat blackjack the casino boots you. You won't be banning any of your new "equals."
