spread limit means you can bet any amount within the limit. so if it is $2-$6, you can bet as little as $2 and as much as $6.
Or if the context is someone says a game is spread at a particular casino, they mean that that particular game (for example $1/$2 Hold'em) is being offered. |

coyboys has hit the bullseye.
spread limit games are more common with 7 card stud or home games, whereas HE is generally played fixed limit in a casino (precluding pot-limit and no-limit of course). cheers, the Real Macoy |

Not in my experience. "Spread Limit" is a direct correlation between how long I play poker at night and how far the spread will be when I get to bed.
