I would not have bet 2nd pair:

If the raiser was a ~25SF i would check fold

If you suspect a steal then check-call (both 2 and 9c) and call him all the way down. If he checks the turn you must bet the river (assuming no 4 clubs) and fold if you are raised.

If he's a bluffy type check/call, otherwise bet.

Call a raise if he's a little goofy, fold if he's not.

I don't think you can bet here because you have to fold to a raise, even if it is a bluff raise. I check and call here regardless of whether or not he is a bluffer.

i throw in a value bet against most people. if the villain has the capability of bluffraising the river, definitely bet and call down.

check-call against a guy who bets when checked to.
