Without a doubt the best bonus ever was at playmgmmirage.com (now closed). They had a single deck blackjack game with a 0.06% house advantage, but ran a promotion whereby they were giving 1% cash back on all bets made. Which blackjack game should I play, Bonus Blackjack or Vegas Strip Blackjack? Does it matter?
What are the best settings for autoplay? I assume you set number of deals to the maximum, set the time between deals to nil, and stop once all deals are complete.
If I'm only interested in clearing the bonus, is a $2 or $1 bet better?
