No reads. I'm not considering dropping it here am I?

Raise preflop.

Folding this is not an option. I think a 3-bet is best here, with a check-call on the river if capped, or lead out if not.

Why a 3bet rather than a call? We just got check-raised. Aren't we likely to be behind a set or 2pair now and drawing to win. Obviously we're not folding here, but if we need to hit the river, doesn't a call look better?

If you fold here, your a terrible, terrible poker player. The check raise makes you think your TP is beat. Call the raise and see what the river brings.
