[ QUOTE ] One of the things im most proud of in life (how sad is this), is that I have never seen Titanic [/ QUOTE ] even if you're modestly proud of that "achievement" you're lame. you are not cooler than anybody who has seen titanic, and your heralding of it or refusal to see it on some social basis or whatever makes you worse. [/ QUOTE ] like I said, its sad im proud of it. I however never said that makes me better than someone who has seen it. That would be just dumb. |

Re: Worst ever Oscar Winner
pretty much all oscar films suck hard. you need to go back to the 70s or 60s to find anything worth watching that was a contender. it's all crap. like 98% of all movies completely suck.

This topic begins and ends with Chariots of Fire (1981).
I think my blood stopped flowing during that film. |

Annie Hall
I loved when Woody Allen ordered the side of mashed yeast on Sunset Blvd., but this was a grade B- movie at best.

What is the fascination with mental cases? Gump Beautiful Mind Chicago Silence of Lambs Rain Man Cuckoos Nest [/ QUOTE ] I think a large part of it is that they are incredibly easy roles to act, and all of those mentioned had great actors in the roles, leading to easy to appreciate performances that are universally acclaimed. |
