I think i played this okay. Not great, but not horribly. I was wondering what everyone here though:

I don't like this play as I hate getting it in when I know I'm behind. I understand you are putting max pressure on him by putting him all in, but with this board and his preflop raise, it's a high probability he hit it and isn't folding. I'd like your play a lot more if the board was J-9-2 or such. I would've checked it. If he goes all in, you can still decide to call with your flush draw. He might bet out $300 or so and you could call getting great pot odds. He might get cute and check behind you hoping to trap but giving a free card. I think you are giving up too many chips when you don't hit your flush. Even if you hit your flush it still might not be a winner if he has A-x of spades or if you hit your flush on the turn and he redraws a spade on the river.
I think it's possible to try and hit your hand and get better odds to do it. I think you could even check it with the mind set you were going to call any bet he made regardless with your draw. |

A SS min raising 1/3 of his stack sets off alarm bells for me, I fold this pf. Flop is ok I guess, you can push him off mid PPs sometimes, even though he is pretty damn short.

Yeah, I'm hearing bells and whistles with the min raise.
But even if I wasn't, I don't think your chasing him off this flop. |
