Default Folding the nut draw?

First hand at the table (I posted a blind)

Party Poker 0.5/1 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. Hero posts a blind of $0.5.
UTG calls, 1 fold, UTG+2 calls, 1 fold, Hero (poster) checks, MP3 calls, 2 folds, SB completes, BB checks.

Flop: (6 SB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (6 players)
SB checks, BB bets, UTG calls, UTG+2 calls, Hero folds...

I figured at least 1 person has to have an ace, so I am splitting at best. Ace outs are not at all clean and my kicker sucks even if I do hit an ace and no one has a King. The BD flush is my only hope to a non split pot...was this a correct fold? I was getting right odds to draw, but I was sure I was at least splitting...?

I also would fold here. The pot is small and you only have a couple of weak draws.

I usually see a turn card in this situation. Is that a bad idea?

You're not sure of anything. You've got a bd nut flush draw, and a possibly chop with a gutshot. Call to the turn and reevaluate. Don't even count your ace outs, I wouldn't. With that many callers, and as loosey goosey as .5/1 is, implied odds will raise that a little bit with overcallers just not believing you've got an ace.

Too many people calling for someone not to have a king. and with no raise preflop someone could have 2 pair or the like.

Your basically hoping for RR diamonds, I'd make the call around 20% of the time, just to mix up my play. If I caught a diamond I would stay in for 1 more bet, if it doesn't I'm out like the buildings on fire.

Good fold.
Am I correct in assuming that if you think there is a 100% that four of your outs split the pot you really only have two outs? (This is just hypothetical, obviously you are never 100% sure.)
