I often just complete the SB in these situations. You have almost no folding equity pre-flop, and if you actually flop an ace you're unlikely to get any action since an ace is the first hand your opponent puts you on after raising.

You aren't going to get much more by c/r'ing or betting an Ace either. I'm raising preflop to get the overlay on my Ace-high as my opponent is going to call w/nearly every hand and I'm sure to outplay him post flop.
