Default 3/6 big pot - bad luck?

I guess the only way I should have played this different is 3-bet the flop, but it wouldn't have made a difference. (General concensus is 3-bet the flop)? I almost fell out of my chair when I saw Villian's hand.

I would raise preflop and 3-bet the turn.

I guess my biggest problem is slowplaying, my AGF is 2.5, yet I always find myself slowplaying hands like sets. I think this alone is my biggest leak. So you guys would definately 3-bet the flop and turn here? I don't think raising preflop is that good of an idea, I called on the turn so I could pop them on the river. Anyways, I was already dead on the turn.

3-bet flop and turn, if you gave a read on some of the players involved and also described the table texture I might be able to see a Preflop raise here too.

You have to get into a habit of raising hands like 88 preflop after someone open limps in MP2. Your turn coldcall is a big puzzling as well. Why are you waiting until the river to get a raise in there??

Unless you have some good reasons to show otherwise, raising is far better than limping here.

i suppose by: "the only way I should (sic) have played this different(ly) is 3-bet the flop"

you REALLY meant: "the only way I COULD have played this differently is... correctly"

try raising preflop, 3-betting the flop, and 3-betting the muthaf'ckin turn, biotch!
