If he's really LAG I raise the river and call a 3-bet, but I don't think this line is that bad.

looks fine to me.
If you raise the river are you folding to a 3 bet? he might have KJ, but more likely has put you on a hand like QQ and is trying to fold u off on the river

Ive seen others lead out on the turn like this before and it seems like they are usually betting top pair, as a set would surely raise.

The river I almost felt that I wussed out, but I kept thinking his actions seemed like he had AJ or KJ, and with me having 2 A's, KJ more possible.

I agree thats why I kept raising, at least until the river.

I guess an argument could be made to value raiase the river too, but I think the decision is close to call or raise.
