Default disconnect abuse is getting ridiculous, and no response from Empire

This used to happen to me less than once a week, and now it seems to be happening every day or so.

Worse yet, I am not getting any response from Empire about the steps they are taking with the abusers.

I am emailing abuse@empirepoker.com and alerts@empirepoker.com. Is there somewhere else to mail?

I haven't noticed any problem with it lately, what limits do you play?

of course the sample size is too small.

Thats another reason why I posted.

To solicit opinions of others, to see if they have noticed an increase in abusers as well.

One thing I can definitely say is, I noticed a huge difference in abuse at the 10-20 level as opposed to the 5-10 level. At least 3 times more often.

It usually tends to happen 3 or more handed where there is a small raising war on the flop. If it appears that the same is going to happen on the turn, the abuser disconnects. Usually they have something like TPWK but I had one guy do it with an OESD.
