Neteller down?

I was making a 200 dollar deposit to multipoker that didn't go through after about 10 minutes. Needless to say, when I tried to look at my neteller account after realizing that it hadn't been credited, not being able to even get to the login page makes me think I might be out 200 dollars. Is neteller down for everyone else? I assume you can resolve an issue like this with customer support with no problem, right? [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

I just made a deposit to neteller about 20 minutes ago w/o a problem. I would call customer service ASAP to see what happened.

Well crap. I just called customer service to see if the deposit had been credited against my account. They said that they were in the middle of an "upgrade" and that "their side was down as well as mine." What this amounted to was that the tech support lady couldn't even pull my account up to tell me the remaining balance. Yay. I feel much better.

I guess it makes sense that the deposit wouldn't have gone through on one side as neteller seems completely dead right now. But still, kind of lame that they can't even see account information. Doesn't sound like an upgrade to me.. sounds more like a failure. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

UPDATE: Well, looks like neteller is back up and the funds were still there. I'm sort of relieved. Hope anyone else that encountered this had the same luck.
