At the lower levels, in this situation I see hands 7s-10s far more than I see AK or AQ, and I barely ever see AA or KK. People with mid pocket pair see a large preflop raise, get excited because they think you have two high cards, and push all in when it gets around to them. I see this play all the time at 10+1 and 20+2, especially in levels 1 and 2. Most of the time, I would call without even hesitating.

Edit: I just noticed you're playing at PokerStars. With the deeper chip stacks, folding might be a better option, but I would take my chances at Party.
