I say "Hi" to people, but they don't tell me who they are except that they're from 2+2.

Why?

I like the fact that from time to time a name I don't recognize will leave my table because they don't want to play against me.

If they're good enough to do that, they're certainly good enough to either take money from me or at least smash holes in my win rate.

If they do stay, they've probably data-mined me anyway, so it doesn't matter if I'm "Low limit grinder lorinda from the zoo" or "Low limit grinder, parts unknown", they'll know how I play either way.

In return I've had some hilarious chats at the tables, because people knew which particular low limit grinder with VPIP 09% PFR 01% I was.

I checked "no,but close." I think that covers it. I play VinnyTheFish where ever I could. Some sites, that name is too long (usually by 1 letter). Other times, it's a skin and I had no choice but to choose another name.

I play under many variations of Stacys Mom, as also do my 2+2 irl friends. we're mostly former magic the gathering players turned low/mid limit grinders. so if u see "StacysMom###" u should holla at the brown trout.

Hey, then your'e most likely the first exception to my finding that anyone with a "mom" in their name plays exceptionally bad [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

At the older sites like Paradise and Stars I do. There was a time where almost everyone on this board played and posted under the same nicks. Now there are too many networked rooms and skins to be able to use the same name at each. And too many people on here who know you without you knowing them.It's become -EV to play under your posting name IMO.

also...when I signed up for Empire/Intertops I used those variations of the name.
