I'm not giving you back MY money!. Seriously man, those sums are high enough not to trust anyone online with. I believe in pokerstars one always gets the support people involved BEFORE giving up on the T$. Good luck with party.

For that kind of money, I'd give them a call and ask whoever answers first to pass me his/her supervisor or manager.

You guys are dicks.... answer his question or just ignore.

I made the same type of deal and never had an issue. I never e-mailed Party though about the deal, maybe that is the difference.

It worked out fine, but looking back I regret trusting anyone.

How does one get through to a support person to coordinate a deal while the clock is ticking? Can this really be accomplished in a couple of minutes?

What a bunch of jerks replying to this thread. Hope this place isn't turning into RGP.
If I was in the same situation - last two of the step 5 2-table, even stacks, I'd offer a similar deal and pay in a heartbeat if I ended up winning the tourney. Not everyone who plays online is a deviant monkey.
You need to give PP a phone call and an e-mail, and get them to explain themselves. There is nothing unethical about chopping as long as you haven't discussed it beforehand.

obey you as s , people make splits all the time in tournies, they were the last two in the tourny.

obviously, obey you've never made the final table at a tourny before of any note.

additionally party has chat logs of the entire event, if a split was agreed to you need to call support and talk to them about it, use the tourny # etc.

you should see a big difference in support from a site like party over a site like pokerhost

---and yes next time..fold blinds to each other until support comes.

Pokerstars has steps in place for routine chopping. Party, I believe has a rule against it. Don't expect help.
