Default 210BB loss over 5800 hands!

Ok I am ready to work on my game. This is my first significant slide. This all occured while playing $1/2 at Party, Crypto and Pokerroom. Here are my pokertracker stats from before and after.

Hands 5,800 20,989
VPIP 14.73 16.34
W$WSF 24.81 27.31
Amt Won (420.31) 427.04
BB/100 (3.62) 1.02
WTSD% 23.63 27.85
W$SD% 52.67 58.02
PFR% 6.45 5.84
AF 2.48 2.39

I mostly play while working on a bonus so that takes the sting out of it. Since I am usually working on a bonus I am playing 4 tables. The other thing is that I have 1600BB to play $1/2 so this isn't all that significant to my BR. I don't want to move up to $2/4 without beating this level. I am now going to focus on working on improving my play so I figured this would be a good start. I will start posting some hands here as well. Please give me some suggestions as I respect many of your opinions. Thanks.

You fold way too much postflop. Period.

Given that your stats aren't tremendously different between the two periods, it looks to me like you've been bitten by variance.

I know that I fold too much and don't raise enough, I am trying to work on it. I do realize that my slide is mostly due to variance.

Going to a showdown 23% of the time isn't varience. You are tossing away winning hands left and right. Going to showdown 27-28% is still really low. You could improve your prior winrate by taking a look at some more showdowns.

Im not trying to be negative here but I think you are gonna get destroyed if you play like this @ 2-4...looks like you are basically nut peddling and that wont fly at 2-4....or else alot of people would be 4 tabling 2-4 NLH for a living.

What would you like to see this percentage at? I go to a SD 30% of the time with a 15.4 VPIP. Still too low?
