Hand 1, I call the river. I am inclined to think that if he hit the flush he would have checkraised you. now, he may have the flush and not be that clever, but I think this is some retarded bluff or pair of tens (or even sevens) often enough for this call to be profitable. Hand 2, I stop and go the flop - I call the raise, then bet the turn on a blank. if an ace comes I check fold probably, even though opponent is aggressive and might not have an ace - it just makes it too likely we're beaten. if a blank comes and I'm raised on the turn, I call down. if he calls the turn I'm betting a blank river too. EDIT: everything up to the points you leave us is good. |
