66 and a lot of preflop raising

I started out playing this 66 innocently enough. I never had a very strong hand, but at every oppertunity to fold, I felt like I had just enough keep playing. What do you guys think?

I probably should have checkraised the river, but I guess I got too excited about hitting my gutshot. Oops.
