I think yahoo and cbs sportsline are quite good.

i bet some pretty bizzare CBB teams, so i use bodog to track the scores by rotation number.

for top 25 teams etc, i would say yahoo or cbs are cool.

cbs is good for the bigger games as is ESPN since they just switched to a similar non-refreshing format for their NBA and ranked college games - cbs tends to be quicker about 70% of the time, but you also have to be careful if you're looking at stats like team fouls, as cbs's accuracy in this regard is sometimes poor...its also best to keep it on the main scoreboard page and not the individual game page on both sites as the main scoreboard page always updates quicker - for smaller schools' games you're at their mercy, so i just switch between cbs and espn's to see who refreshes the score first (keep the espn page on the 30 second auto refresh) - if it's a small school, they may have a free radio broadcast on their website, i know most of the MAAC schools do and a lot of other ones as well (larger conferences make you pay for the internet broadcasts)
