Depending on your read on the button, I would 3 bet the flop. If he's trying to get HU with this pathetic CO with a marginal starting hand like QJos (i.e. someone aware of position and trying to get the blinds to fold), it's a 3 bet.

As to the rest of the hand...I hate these sucky flops with great starters. Your suited overcards are practical worthless here. I'd probably check it through and fold to any bet...unfortunately, especially if I 3 bet PF.

Unless button is passive, my standard play here is to 3-bet and probably even lead on a board like this. I don't know if that's best though.
