I'm in the minority in that I think a VPIP in the mid-teens is too tight. You want to play a little tighter than the table.

At 35% VPIP I think you're playing about the same as the table, so when you get in a hand you don't figure to be starting with a better holding than anyone else. Unless you think you have stellar post-flop skills you don't have an edge.

At 1/2 I think 25% VPIP is a little too high. 23% would be better, and 21% better still. Personally I think 19-23% is a decent range. You could try to lop it off so you're playing 14% of the flops, but I think you'd be a veritable rock and would be leaving money on the table.

In either case, your PFR is too high.
