(Actually, in the 10/20 game, I call this down. People 3-bet the flop with all sorts of junk.)

People certainly will 3 bet a pf raiser here with a draw or something like A5. I end up calling down about half the time depending on how laggy the other guy is but I feel like dirty hitting the call button three times in a row!!
