Default \"Outs\" calculator?

I use this hold 'em odds calculator to get a feel for my chances of winning against various hands.

http://www.cardplayer.com/poker_odds/

What would really be useful is an "outs" calculator that just calculates estimated outs, disregarding what other players have (that is, other players hands are not an input).

Anybody know of such a calculator/software, on the Web or available for purchase?

reason this came up-----I notice in SSHE they discuss weighted-average outs, etc.-------would be nice to plug some situations in and see if there are more or less than you think for a given situation

The concept of an "outs calculator" won't work.

I can imagine situations where I have the exact same hand, exact same board, but come up with different "EFFECTIVE outs" for each scenario based on my opponents and the way the hand has played thus far.
