Rude Desk At Seneca Niagara Falls
I've been playing at Seneca Niagara Falls for about two months now regularly, and have been very happy with the room, the dealers, and the games themselves. Tonight was a different story.
I called in at 8:45 to be put on the list, as usual, before the drive over the border. I was told that they were not taking call in's tonight. That's a bit unusual but OK by me. My next question is, how busy is it? The front desk answered "We're busy". I asked how long is the list? She answered "We're VERY BUSY" and hung up. I'm not a big fan of being spoken to disrespectfully by an employee of a casino. Is this normal for the desk to be a jackass to their customers? |

Re: Rude Desk At Seneca Niagara Falls
Doesn't surprise me at all. The dealers were friendly and (more or less) competent, but the floor staff absolutely couldn't care less about getting you into a game unless you're a regular to the place. On two separate occasions, the desk staff skipped right over my name on the waiting list (this I know, since I was standing right in front of their desk watching) so they could get somebody they knew into a game.
Didn't come right out and tell them to lick me where I [censored], but it was pretty tempting. I haven't gone back there in a few months, I play at Seneca Allegany now. |
