need help from computer savvy experts with a registry problem

So I have an account with a partypoker affiliate and just signed up for a rakeback deal at another party affiliate site. The problem is, when I try to make my new account, it tells me I already have an account with a shared poker room and cannot create an account here (I used a different email address, and tried deleting the file UCID in the registry). Any ideas how to get around this?
