Default Flopping 2 pair from BB vs. coordinated board and a scary turn

.10/.25 blinds at Paradise. No huge stacks, one short one. I've got $24, which is right in line with three other players when I pick up 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

FLOP J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
SB bets $0.25, Hero raises to $0.90, everyone else folds.

TURN: 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

What's your action? Do you fold to a big raise?

RIVER: 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Again, what's your action?

How big was the pot on the flop? I think that you should probably raise more here and really charge him if he's drawing. Also, what did SB do after the raise on the flop, then on the turn and river? Assuming that he checked to you on the turn, I bet and fold to a c/r, if he just calls, value bet the river and again, fold to a c/r.
