Basically, the min reraise is a mistake with any hand but AA, just considering pot odds. Even with AA, he's giving you a cheap shot at busting him, and that can't be all bad. And aside from all that, you can't play every hand in fear of AA.

In this case, you missed the flop, but with his small bet, you have the option of taking a card and trying to hit a scare card (or an ace?), reraising to try to take the pot away, or folding. I think I'd lean away from reraising with no read, and calling is dicey. since what you wanted to do is win the blinds and got called and missed, get out and move on.

I have no problem with your preflop raise -- a good percentage of the time you'll pick up the blinds, and ya don't always miss the flop.
