Yes, I am. I have e-mailed support twice with no response. I've been trying to D/L it for about 7 hours with no luck.

Sometimes I can't download certain things while using Firefox. When I switch to IE it downloads fine.

I use IE. I just got a response from support asking me to clear my temp files which of course is tech speak for "here's some busy work and hopefully when you're done the server will be back up".

Someone from support finally uploaded me the .exe file despite not giving me a reason why their download page has been dead for 2+ days. Whatever.

AA, PM me your e-mail address and I will send it to you. You may want to use a Yahoo address because a lot of .exe files get blocked by e-mail programs.

I was able to download it on 2/9 at 8:30 PST. However, since I needed a "clean" computer to use for sign up, I did so at my local library. When I got home and tried to download it to my computer about an hour later, I couldn;t connect to PokerNow's server.

I email their customer support, who then sent their software via e-mail. Great! Or so I thought.

I downloaded and installed the software that was e-mailed to me. I tried to log in and got a message that the software was not the current version. My computer tried to connect with PokerNow's server to load the update, but the connection was never made.

I tried again this morning around 6:00 am PST and the same thing all over again.

What's the deal with their servers? And, more importantly what's teh deal with their customer support sending old versions of their software??
