Default Poorly played turn leads to wasted river bet??

Just starting to play a lot of short-handed limit, while I take a break from No Limit. All the advice on here has really helped me. I'm pretty sure I botched this on the turn, but I wanted to see what the experts think.

Table Table 12597 (6 max) (Real Money) -- Seat 1 is the button Total number of players : 6
Seat 1: Button
Seat 2: SB
Seat 3: BB
Seat 4: UTG
Seat 5: Hero
Seat 6: Villain
SB posts small blind (2) BB posts big blind (5)

** Dealing down cards **
Dealt to Hero [ Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ]

UTG folds. Hero raises (10) to 10 Villain calls (10) Button folds. SB folds. BB calls (5)

** Dealing Flop ** : [ 4 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ]
BB checks. Hero bets (5) Villain calls (5) BB calls (5)

** Dealing Turn ** : [ 9 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]]
BB checks. Hero bets (10) Villain raises (20) to 20 BB folds. Hero calls (10)

Should I be three-betting in this spot? Folding seems wrong, but just calling doesn't feel like a very good idea either.

** Dealing River ** : [ 5c ]
Hero checks. Villain bets (10) Hero calls (10)

Obviously this is a fold and I gave away a bet.

you played this hand fine. raising the turn would be silly, as would folding.
