Default Small Blind vs. Big Blind - winner take all

Last night's Party Poker, 5,000 point freeroll tournament. 455 players, winner gets entry to the PPMIV, everyone else gets nada.

There's 14 people left, blinds are 750/1500 and I'm the Small Blind with t34,000 (third place at the table, fifth in the tourny).

BB has about t30,000 chips. He is a tight, solid player who doesn't get out of line and has made a number of (apparently) big laydowns over the course of the tournament.

I assume that he knows me to be tight and ABC.

PREFLOP 2 players limp, and I raise to t6,000 with 10 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]10 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. BB re-raises to t10,500, and the limpers fold.

I call.

FLOP K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

My Questions:
1. Preflop raise - good?
2. Calling the reraise - not so good?
3. What to do with that flop?
