Hand History from PS

When I request history from PS and load them in PT I go to check my stats and there is only a couple hands loaded. The rest are not there? This has happened 3 times now?

are you getting any type of error? are you using an email provider to save the hand history files?

No error. I just request histories after I play each session. Poker Stars Emails them to me. I go to Import hand histories in my PT. It searches my Email and and loads them into PT. After it's done PT says it loaded (#) hands. But when I check my stats nothing is there? If I repeat the process it tells me (#) hands are already loaded. I have no problems anywhere else. I checked my alias's and I think they're all right?

This is pretty basic but did you check the dates are right in preferences and that you hit "my stats"?

In my preferences I have all dates selected. Some hands are in the text files and some are not. One hand in particular..
I had 72d in BB flopped a OESD and a flush draw and wanted to review the hand since I lost, and it wasnt there. But others were from the same session?
